A short walk from the Old City's North Gate, it offers easy access to attractions, temples, markets & restaurants. This 5-BR villa has AC & ensuite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pool, a BBQ, and a multi-game table. Daily cleaning is included. The villa accommodates 10 guests in beds, with folding beds available for a fee to host up to 16 people in total.

7 of us stayed here for a family reunion. It was a great property for that. With 5 ensuite and big rooms and a separate dining/lounge area to meet and socialise - it was the perfect place for a great mix of privacy and socialising. The whole place was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you needed like Internet tv, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, ironing board and even a karaoke machine! Housekeeping came whenever we requested cleaning and we used their massage services as well, which everyone enjoyed. Good location within 15-25 minute walk of most places in the old town. I only have minor points to feedback re improvements. The pool was cold even during the day and the bathroom floor in room 5 was too painful to walk on barefoot as its too lumpy - maybe some soft bathroom mats would help

We were a group of 8 and had the most incredible stay! This villa is stunning!!! Everything was amazing: the pool, the BBQ, the karaoke, snooker, ping-pong table... The house is super spacious, the vibe is so relaxing, and the hosts are absolutely lovely. It's a true gem in Chiang Mai! Highly recommended, we had endless fun there.
