The absolute perfect house for groups and friends! We stayed here as a big group and the place completely exceeded our expectations. The location is incredible—just a few minutes' walk from Maya Mall, close to everything but still peaceful and comfortable. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the massive shared living room. It’s equipped with a great sound system and a huge TV where we sang karaoke for hours, right next to the multi-game table (pool, ping pong, and air hockey). Beyond all the fun together, the biggest advantage was the privacy: the house is divided into 5 private units, each with its own kitchenette, toilet, and shower. It’s a genius setup for hanging out together while still having your own space. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The customer service truly stood out. There was an entire staff dedicated to helping us with anything we needed, from arranging activities to making sure we were always taken care of. One of the nicest surprises was that they even offered free laundry service, which made our stay even more convenient. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. It was an amazing spot, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Très jolie villa, nous étions 17 pendant 1 semaine. La villa est grande en plein centre de Chiang Mai tout est disponible à pied. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Nous avons pu réaliser un barbecue avec un chef privé encore merci à toute l’équipe de la villa pour ce moment qui était super. Petit bémol pour le ménage qui est un peu léger, mais ça reste correct.

A spacious private home that is walking distance to so many things: night market, nightlife, restaurants, etc. Perfect for families and big groups (or even small if you want). Beds are comfortable and clean, full kitchen, large couch, and has everything you need. If you plan on renting scooters, there is plenty of parking for many of them. Will stay here again when we are back.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The place was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable to stay in. The location was convenient, and everything was well prepared for our arrival. The hosts are great—very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. We would definitely love to stay again!

We had a great stay at this home. The house itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group, with five bedrooms each with their own bathroom, which made it easy for everyone to have their own space. There were also plenty of shared areas to relax and spend time together. The host was exceptional. They met us at check-in and gave us a full tour of the home, which made us feel welcome right away. They also checked in with us daily, were always responsive, and went above and beyond by offering daily cleaning service and even doing our laundry for us (washed, dried, and folded). They also provided a range of tour options and services. The level of service was honestly 10/10. The only thing to be aware of is the location. The surrounding area has quite a few cockroaches and rats, and we did see a few cockroaches inside during our stay. This didn’t seem to be a reflection of the home itself, which was well maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the incredible service.
